Egg bites are great for a quick breakfast, good source of protein. I added cheese on top after cooking and tasted great.

These are very tasty, however the last few boxes I bought the egg bites stuck to the wrapper and came out in pieces.

For being a pop in the microwave type food, they have good flavor and i would buy them again. Other brands get tough and dry around the edges.

I dont eat meat, so appreciate when they offer alternatives. These are very good, air fry, add salt and pepper. Repeat buy for me.
