These are super good in the air fryer. 350 for 9 mins. They get a little toasty color. So good.

Boring eggs

My family really liked the egg white bites.   They are very tasty and easy to warm up.  I would purchase these again.  It is definitely a convenience food for breakfast or anytime actually.

Excellent convenience breakfast

Came home and tried these immediately!  Absolutely fabulous. The flavor was great and the texture was just right. Sometimes egg bites taste too egg-y. This was perfect and my son even liked them! Will be buying again!

Perfect texture and flavor!

Love the egg white bites. My children also love them and that is hard for them to like anything. We are on our second box. These will be a weekly buy. Convenient for school morninigs.

So Tastey! If you like the egg bites from Starbucks, you will love these! I bought some from HEB and was not impressed, but I bought these from Sam's this weekend, and my husband and I have already finished the whole box. So Good!

So So So Tasty

I was a huge fan of the other brand of eggbites Sams used to carry. It had bell peppers, spinach, ham, and cheese. They also had a fluffy, but firm texture. Suddenly Sams doesn't t have them anymore, but they have 2 member mark kinds. One is veggie, the other ham and cheese.  I was disappointed they didnt have one with both veggies/ham like the other one. I tried the veggie one. Unfortunately these are not good. The texture is mushy, almost like they were frozen and thawed back and forth a couple of times. The cheese flavor was very overpowering. I will not buy these again.

These egg white bites are really good.  I say that first because they don't look good.
When I first opened the box I thought I was getting some hotel breakfast egg pucks.  These are not the same.

I highly recommend using a toaster oven, or air fryer, as opposed to a microwave, and make sure you put some oil or butter under them or they will stick.  They come out firm but not hard, and when you cut into them they are still moist but not wet.  Just right.
I would definitely recommend these as a healthier option vs breakfast sandwich, for a quick bite in the morning.  I do wish they were a bit larger, they are more than a bite, but not much more.
