This was a Christmas gift for my mom. I ordered it and pre-populated photos to it but didn't "release" them to the frame because she would get a notification about the frame. She was excited when she opened it but got frustrated when we couldn't get the frame started or upload any photos to it. She brought it home and it would not connect to her network; and the app was still not working. Took her 3 days and a few chats with the help center when she finally decided to do a factory reset and it seems to be working now (knock on wood). A bit of a rocky start with not much guidance, but I think she enjoys the frame so far now that it seems to be working.

Worth every penny! We purchased one as a family gift to ourselves and in the short time we’ve had it there has been so much joy and conversation sparked. The app is very easy to use and it’s fun to be able to invite others to add to your gallery. I would love to be able to give these to all my family and friends!!!

The Walden is our second digital frame by Aura. The first is smaller, and we enjoyed it every day, we decided to get another, and larger. We have both showcased in the living area.

We love this frame! The larger size is the way to go. It makes it much easier to see the details in the pictures. The Aura frames are beautiful, easy to use and invite others to add pictures to it.

This is our 2nd one and we like the size. It should have an ability to keep pics in same format. It crops them weird when vertical and displays very close up. Also should have a remote

This was purchased as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. I already was gifted one by my parents, which I love. They love theirs as well! The larger Walden allows for larger photos and is easy to see.
