I never write reviews on products but I am so, so happy with my Aura Walden Frame (the Clay with White Mat) I just had to, in the hopes it will help someone else if they are researching. I bought two frames for Christmas, one for my sister and her family and one for my family. They are great looking, big enough that we can see the photos from across the room, images are sharp and really easy to set up as a gift or for yourself. The Aura app is user friendly, I can add pictures to my frame or my sister’s, as can our kids or anyone you share the email with. It’s also very easy to edit the pictures to fit nicely in the frame or to delete if you change your mind on any photos you’d rather not display. The one problem was thinking we’d hang them on the wall but then realizing we forgot they had to be plugged in, and not having outlets accessible to the wall space. I have the frame vertically and I love, love, love it.

Best digital frame I’ve ever owned. This is the 3rd digital frame I’ve owned and it’s really spectacular. The colors are so brilliant and the pictures fill up the entire frame, unlike others I’ve owned. Wide variety of file types supported, especially helpful that it plays heic, which I have a lot of, that’s the live photo from the iphone. Also love watching the videos on it. Highly recommend!

It is a lovely frame, and it is very easy to add photos. It is fun to see what family adds and so convenient can be done anywhere anytime. I have to say though, since this will likely be gifted to older people, there are certain features that are lacking or are difficult for older people. The on-off sliding thing on the top is obnoxious- really wished there were just a switch. Really hard for arthritic uncoordinated hands to do. Also wish there was a remote control or a way to maybe stop the scroll and go back while watching. Also, not clear what order pictures are being shown - is it random. I guess my elderly Mom really would like to use it more as a controllable slide show.

I love the resolution of my frames. I have purchased 2 smaller ones and 3 of the Waldens. The app, however is greatly lacking. Why can't a delete photos I no longer wish to have online? I realize I can hide them, but why not be able to delete? It would also be nice to be able to have different albums; vacation, family, nature, etc. And since I have two frames myself I have to have two separate albums. Cumbersome! Another issue is that I have some photos that show up with a ridiculous amount of digital noise. I have a high res camera and I assume some pics get compressed. How much compression are you guys doing? If you want to save storage space, let me delete some of the older pics!

Great electronic frame. Photos are beautiful in this screen. As a photographer, it has great contrast, sharpness, and color representation. Honestly, sometimes it looks more like a window into the photo than a tv screen. That being said, I have it 4/5 stars purely because it needs an option to turn off the auto cropping of photos. You can do it individually, but when you upload 2000+ photos, that is very time consuming. Just needs a setting to completely turn off auto-crop.

This frame is phenomenal! The size is spectacular! Wish this size was more affordable because I would love to gift this frame to others. The app for all Aura frames is fabulous. I love the easiness of uploading your photos on your phone and also on the web. I cannot say enough great things about this frame. If there were any improvements, I do wish the matte was protected. I have my large frame in the kitchen and worry about the matte getting dirty, which could really happen anywhere you place it. I also wish the app would allow you to resort your photos. Sometimes I mistakenly upload duplicates, and it would be nice to manage that easier.

Great Frame. I was leery of getting one since some digital frames we've had in the past were very finicky, didn't take certain file types and were hard to share pictures on. This is so easy and very user friendly the pictures look fabulous on the frame itself. So happy with our purchase!

We purchased this for my dad for Christmas and he said this is the best gift yet! The screen and picture is so pretty, great quality and the best part is you can send a link to an app so that family members can upload new pics daily! I even enjoy seeing the pics sent by my brother or nieces! Don’t hesitate, just buy it, you won’t regret it!

throw your old photo albums away--my daughter gave me one and I've since added four more to the collection and given many as gifts, it's easy to use. I gave one to my 88 year-old dad. He has no trouble using it at all, it's just a great way to display photos.

We absolutely love our Aura frames. We have purchased half a dozen of them for family so we can quickly and easily share photos of our baby. Everyone loves them! But… the gift process sucks. We’ve spent the time setting them up in advance and only 1 of 6 frames actually had the gift come up as expected. For all the others, we had to do various workarounds and then load the pictures in again. Please fix that process!
