that my great granddaughter age 6, was really excited about one of many christmas gifts that she was really hoping for. Now she just got to get her mom away from it lol. looks like i'm going to have to get her mother own easy bake oven and that way they cook together lol.

It was a challenge to get the baking pan to enter the oven and get it out smoothly, I had to turn the stove up on its side to get the pan out. This version is disappointing compared to the kids' oven I used when I was little. I handled the stove and my granddaughter did the mixing and decorating.

It had been opened and returned - I saved it to give as a Birthday gift today and now it’s too late to return and it is a crappy oven! There are no directions and the slit in which you have to slide the food is so tiny, you can’t even really make anything unless you buy the ridiculously high food specifically made for this particular oven. Waste of $50! This is why I shop Amazon! They tell you when you are buying used items. Walmart sells used items as NEW!

The price of this easy bake oven was so much better than other places I was looking, I was afraid it was actually a knock off (because it said the order was fulfilled by another party). But it was great!!! Just make sure you don’t overfill the dish, or it makes a mess. We tried to use regular grocery store brownie mix , and poured too much. Delicious, but it got all over the inside of the oven. Still having fun though! Perfect for my 6 year old daughter (with help from me).

I am excited to give this to my granddaughter for Christmas - I do believe she will love it. Now I just need to buy some more mixes, which so far they look kind of expensive. But I will keep hunting for a lower price. I also already told my girlfriend about this product and she is purchasing for her granddaughter also.

I was finding easy bake ovens costing 150 dollars and more! I wasn’t looking for an entire kitchen with this oven for my 6 year old grand daughter. When I looked a the walmart website, I found exactly what I wanted. I found an easy bake oven with a pan and spoon for 40 dollars! Perfect! She will love it! I am elated with my purchase!

Doesn’t even come with anything to bake. I hoped these had improved over the years but no, apparently even worse. I bought an easy bake oven cookbook on Amazon, at least she can cook recipes from my pantry stock. If I had my time back, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

It is different than the easy bake oven I had as a kid, it has a lot of plastic now as opposed to all metal which makes it safer. I can recall several burns received on my hands and arms. However it was just as much fun for my granddaughter and I to bake in. I do not think 8 years is old enough to use this without supervision. A parent or guardian should be with any child under 10 who wishes to bake with the easy bake oven.

I paid $45 for this easy. Bake oven, it did not come with any food, one PAN. And the cookies that I did buy extra supped. I would not recommend anybody to buy this easy. Bake oven my granddaughter. She is 7, she did not enjoy cooking with it. Easy bake oven is not like it used Two b

they're so safety conscious it's absurd. the cooking mechanism is entirely enclosed. there isn't a door like we had as kids. you have to push the tray through a tiny slot and its hard to see if the metal door inside is closed. plus it barely cooks. all our cook times have to be doubled. the only way to check is to use the silly push stick/spatula thing and it's just overall a lame experience. honestly, a toaster oven would be better than this silly contraption.
