[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve received this product in exchange for my review. We’ve been using the original Head & Shoulders for the past several years. This is the first time we’ve tried this Dry Scalp Care formula. The product doesn’t have the fresh minty feeling like the original version, but it works just fine. It’s still refreshing without drying my scalp or hair.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. At first I was amazed by how soft it was making my hair feel, but I noticed it caused my scalp to itch after my hair would dry whether I styled it with product or not. I used it twice a week as the instructions directed for three weeks and I can attest that my scalp feels worse than when I first started using it. I wouldn't completely write off this product, because I did like the way it made my hair feel. It may have not helped with my scalp, but perhaps someone else may have better results.

So far it seems to clean the hair well and leaves it feeling free of residue but I cannot speak for the conditioner benefits of it. I know 2 in 1’s are not ideal but this seems to be overall decent. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this 2 & 1 shampoo and conditioner. My scalp was dry and itchy due to the weather and my work environment drying my skin out. This works great and has the most gentle treatment. It doesn’t burn and my hair is soft. I have long hair and I didn’t need to use an additional conditioner to get the brush through my wet hair. The scent is very soft and the shampoo is creamy and lathers up nicely. My husband has started to use it and he really likes it as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care 2-in-1 with Jojoba Oil and Shea Butter has a really pleasant scent and creates a rich, satisfying lather. It did a great job cleansing my scalp and instantly calming a seborrheic dermatitis flare-up, which was a huge plus. My scalp felt amazing immediately after washing and still feels great now. However, while it worked wonders on my scalp, it didn’t make my actual hair feel clean. After rinsing, my hair felt dry and somewhat unclean, as if there was residue left behind. Because of that, I’d recommend following up with a hydrating shampoo that you know properly cleanses your hair. On its own, this didn’t give me the clean hair feeling I prefer—but for scalp relief, it definitely delivered.

This works wonderfully and gives my head relief. Packaging is great and durable. Instructions are clear. Great product.

It lathers well making a little go along way, and the scent is calming, it’s not overpowering but still gives you something. The pump gives a good amount of product.
