I started taking these about a week ago. The capsules are a good size and relatively easy to take. There is a slight smell but it is not too off putting. In the last day or two I have noticed some improvements but I know that it may take up to 6 weeks to fully take effect. Based on the positive results so far I am looking forward to the future.

This has been a total game changer! I had been hearing about ashwagandha for a while now and I finally decided to try it. Already after a few days I can feel the stress melting away. The pills aren’t too big so they’re easy to swallow. I love that they don’t have any artificial dyes or preservatives. Another great thing is that they’re gluten free! I received my supplement few days ago and started on it right away. Unfortunately I had to stop using it because of stomach upset and nausea! Really had high hopes for it to help with sleep but I guess my stomach is too sensitive and can’t handle it .

The pills are the same size as pictured on the bottle. The pills don’t have a strong taste when taking them. I haven’t taken them for that long so I’m not sure if they are doing what it supposed to be doing.i will come back a repost another review when I have taken them longer

My doctor has mentioned the benefits of Ashwaganda. So I was very excited to try this. I took mine with dinner, no problems on the size. Went down easy, no funny smells. Love that it’s organic. I’m not sure if I feel anything yet, but the disclaimer does say it can take several weeks to notice a difference.

I haven’t use the product enough time to get the full result or notice a significant difference. But I also did not get any side effects from taking the supplement. It’s organic and natural so I am not worry. I wish they can make the capsules a little smaller to make it easier to swallow. It’s almost 1 inch long.

The package arrived while I was traveling so I didn’t start taking it until my return on 11/15. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow but as of now I have not noticed any increase in cognitive function, mood, or energy. According to the insert and research I’ve read, effects aren’t typically seen for 6-8 weeks so it may just be too early. I will update this review after the allotted time has passed if there is any noticeable change.

Love Ashwagandha from Sam’s Club and noticed a difference almost right away. It really helps me unwind at the end of a long day, and my sleep has been so much better. I’m waking up feeling rested and energized instead of groggy. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something to help with relaxation. Pills are easy to swallow and a great addition to my supplement regimen.

I have only taken the supplement for a couple of weeks. The pills are large but normal size for supplements in my experience. I have not had any adverse effects but cannot tell if it is helping with stress as the directions say it can take up to 6 weeks.
