This is a non flavor taste capsule, it doesn't give you a nasty taste after you take it. It's preferable to take it with meals. I feel not to much tired as I used to be. It's so easy to swallow and only 2 capsules per day

We just received this last week. My mother has dementia and I've been giving if to her. I haven't noticed any positive changes in her memory, but it's still too soon to tell. However, she is falling asleep and staying asleep longer.
