I love the that the pills are soft gel which makes it easier for me to digest and I can see the results faster. Labels are informative and I easy to read and understand

Good value for the amount of servings you get, I took them for about a month and didn’t notice and relaxation or less stress. I typically take ashwagandha gummies and I feel like those help more. Typical bottle , nothing fancy.
