Side suggests takes 6-8 weeks for your body to fully absorb and to build up to provide the full effects. I have not used for that long. I think with extended use it might make a difference, but so far, within 2-3 weeks I haven’t noticed a difference really.

I received the Member's Mark Organic Ashwaganda 1000 mg bottle of 180 capsules to review. I have been taking them for 15 days now and they seemed alright. I hadn't really noticed much change or improvement with the well-being benefits listed for it. Those being stress relief and relaxation, improved focus and cognitive function, and promoting energy and vitality throughout the day. My results could be a result of not having taken it long enough yet but I did start having a problem with suddenly getting a whooshing sound in my left ear like being in a wind tunnel. It started 3 days ago...so after having been taking the Organic Ashwaganda for 12 days, I am not sure if this problem is a result of the supplement or just a coincidence. In order to find out I will have to stop taking them for awhile to see if the whooshing in my ear goes away. So, in conclusion I only give it a 3 star rating as I am unsure of its effectiveness and need to figure out if it is the cause of my ear problem. I wish my review was more informative.

I like that this supplement does not have an off-putting smell when you open the bottle. I do like how small the pills are and how easy they are to swallow. I do also like that they do not contain most of the top 9 allergens, however I do not like that you need to take it for at least 4 weeks before you can start to see the affects of it. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks and I can not really tell a difference in my sleep or anxiety.

The Member’s Mark Organic Ashwagandha supplements are a great value, especially with 180 vegetarian capsules. They do have a strong earthy smell that can be a bit nauseating if you’re sensitive to scents. The capsules are also on the larger side, so they can be hard to swallow. Since these supplements typically take a few weeks to show results, I can’t yet speak to their effectiveness.

I have taken this for about a week and haven't noticed any changes. I wish I could say I have noticed a change in my anxiety or anything. I will continue to try it out and if I notice any changes I will update. All I can say is try for your self

It’s hard to give a full review when I haven’t really had a chance to get the full benefits. Capsules are a little Big but not impossible to swallow. Little to no after taste. I will continue taking it to see if I get the full benefit.

I am a nurse and was reluctant to take this before researching all about it then I started to take it. Initially I didn’t feel any effects but after a few days I started to feel more relaxed and focused.

These come in really easy to swallow gel caps, and they don’t have any kind of smell or taste like some supplements do. The packaging was easy to get into and secure with a sealed top. Dosage is 2/day.
