Only about a week in but I notice a difference already. I'm calmer and able to handle stress better. I highly recommend!

I do notice that I feel better when I take them. If I forget, I drag all day. But the taste isn't great.

They taste wonderful, and I believe I am able to concentrate better and feel more motivated to do things I need to do.
