I am very particular to taste and these don't suck! Which is high praise for me. Haven't been on them long enough to feel any difference but will keep taking them for a while to see if I eventually do.

So far, so good. They taste good and I usually just down the whole pack in the morning. I've read it can take a while for the sugar cravings to stop and my energy to pick up.

These are great! I meant to order the no sugar, but I got the low sugar instead and they're delicious. It feels like I have more energy after I eat them so that's great!
