These have been helping a lot with brain fog and focus. I feel overall much better now, and more relaxed.

I really like that these have no sugar and they have some good mushrooms in them for brain health cognition and helps with energy and my sleep

I did not like the flavor at all. It was too sweet. No tartness like in the reg gruns. I won't order more unless new flavors are offered.

I was skeptical about these but they proved me wrong. The first day I had more energy and am feeling better!

The only thing I don't like about this product is the taste. I have to choke them down every morning
