I love this product. I can feel a difference and its only been 4 days. Brain fog has has improved. Helped curb my appetite. Sleeping better and that's 4 days can't wait for the 3 month mark,,,

I just started taking this and personally I am still not seeing a difference in anything. So I will see if in the next days or weeks I will notice a difference. The taste though is really good. It is not disgusting at all.

So far, so good. I don't LOVE the flavor as much as the greens gummies, but it isn't that bad. Overall, I wanted the benefits of mushrooms, so the flavor isn't a huge deal breaker.
