I started to see a difference in about 3 days..I am thankful because I don't want to take my medication as much as I typically have to because it is a stimulant and I feel that these gummies have been helping me with that.

I like that it is not too sweet while is still tastes great. I also like that it provides me with nutrients that I don't always get in my regular diet.
