I like the taste and I'm much more likely to take my vitamins in a gummy form than a pill or a capsule. But I haven't taken them long enough to notice any difference. I'll let you know when I do!

The flavor is so not lemon or citrus I could barely get the 8 bears down….I even pu. Pack in the fridge like suggested and still no so I returned them….

I noticed a difference after the third day! My ability to focus and complete tasks improved quickly! I was feeling groggy before trying these and feel better already!

To my delight, they taste yummy. And to my further delight, I believe my thinking is getting clearer and I'm less tired. I'm still on my 1st month so time will tell, but as an “aging” woman, I need all the help I can get!
