I use the Gruns and saw that they offer Nutrops. I like it so far but not as much as Gruns. I know both offer similar benefits so it depends what you are looking for in your gummies. I will continue to use Nutrops and Gruns but if I had to choose one, I will choose Gruns.

I really do love these. At 62, I need more mental and physical energy and this really works. I am leary of supplements sometimes because I get migraines and turmeric really makes them bad. It is everything these days. I'm getting family to try them also because I am at that age where we are starting to hear about people being diagnosed with dementia and lion's mane is really good for that. Started on Gruns, those are working great so I figured I would give these a try. At 62 the brain fog was fairly consistent. Since I have been on these it seems to have completely gone away. I would assume 30 days will be the true test. I believe it's a great product and it's making a difference.

The four stars instead of five are for the fact that I haven't experienced other benefits yet, and the fact that they do not taste good, I really have to force myself to eat them. Not for the picky.

As a productivity nerd with ADHD (talk about an oxymoron), I've tried more than my fair share of supplements and nutrition hacks, only to end up on the caffeine cycle cuz it works. Week 2, and I was having conversations without a pen in my hand, remembering to follow up on things later, writing my notes more than 5 minutes after the conversation, and able to problem solve tough situations without getting caught up in distractions. I have only been on this supplement for less than a couple of weeks but so far I have enjoyed them. The taste is good and I do notice more clarity at work when I take them in the morning. I am looking forward to another few weeks in to really enjoy the benefits.

Nutrops have improved my ability to concentrate throughout my work day. They taste a lot better than mushroom powders. They're sweet, slightly lemony, and kind of soft like Black Forest gummy bears.There are some inconsistencies. Some of the bears are a bit crusty & some of them are very sticky. Also, some of the packs have less than 8 bears in them & some of them may have up to 13 bears in them. Overall, they're worth it.
