Overall I feel more focused, have better sleep, but most of all my energy level is great. I don’t feel groggy anymore and haven’t had an energy drink since starting with these gummies. 10/10! 5stars! I did not notice a major difference the first day like some people report but after a week or so of use, I did notice that my ADHD impulsiveness and difficulty with focus/task switching was significantly improved from my baseline. It’s been especially noticeable in my ability to make future-focused choices with food and exercise. I tried this as a last ditch before retrying stimulant meds, and I think I’ll be able to stay off the stronger stuff!

I noticed a difference THE NEXT DAY!! I immediately shared them with my husband and my daughter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product made me very sleepy. I was taking them at 11am hoping for a late morning energy boost and got the opposite. I'm now taking them at night, about 8pm. I'm sleeping well, but still seem fatigued during the day. I'm cutting back to half a packet a night and will see if that helps.

Replaced my mushroom coffee in the mornings with this and I am feeling more energetic and balanced throughout the day. I feel like I have less brain fog as well, which was really my goal. I like the single serving packets as well, easy to grab and go.
