[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 10 days. I do seem to feel more awake when I take them in the morning, it could just be a sugar rush. I Also cut out coffee while im taking these 28 packs to get a better baseline. The taste could be better, but it's not too bad. Like the portability, little pack work well for me. So far, not bad at all. Let check back after this month.

I did not notice a major difference the first day like some people report but after a week or so of use, I did notice that my ADHD impulsiveness and difficulty with focus/task switching was significantly improved from my baseline. It’s been especially noticeable in my ability to make future-focused choices with food and exercise. I tried this as a last ditch before retrying stimulant meds, and I think I’ll be able to stay off the stronger stuff!

It makes it feel like a snack. Here's the best part. I feel so much better. I don't know how they can both give me more energy and help me sleep better, but they do. I have had insomnia for years, and I have gotten up every two hours or so to use the restroom. Since taking Nutrops, I have been sleeping for five hours solid before having to get up to use the bathroom. Amazing!

I’m glad it’s not delicious and therefore tempting to overeat. I’ve been using them for about 1 1/2 weeks. I really do think I feel less overwhelmed and scatter brained during a time of life that has just become very complicated and emotionally draining. I guess it could be a placebo effect. But whatever it is, it’s getting me through a horrible time.
