I'm now taking them at night, about 8pm. I'm sleeping well, but still seem fatigued during the day. I'm cutting back to half a packet a night and will see if that helps.

I understand how good mushrooms are for all of us, but I didn't trust myself to drink mushrooms every day or cook mushrooms every day; but I knew I could certainly chew them!:) These gummy's are tasty, but more than any other supplement I've taken, I truly notice a difference in staying focused, (a huge relief) and ready to tackle the task at hand!

Well, i started taking these. I was in a seemingly endless loop of exhaustion, probably from caffeine burnout.
