I am more regular then I was pre-pregnancy and no longer feeling nauseous from Folic Acid!! I dont fight to go back to sleep for just another 30 minutes. My energy level is elevated and I feel really great for a 71 year old!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a rare, incurable disease called intestinal failure . With IF, my body cannot break down solid food, thus it is a challenge each day to get all my vitamins and good bacteria through my liquid food intake . Now, I chew up Gruns into tiny pieces, washing them down with a vitamin infused water . They dissolve beautifully and my last blood test proved that one little packet of gummies per day were providing my body with all of the vitamins, minerals and pre/probiotics I need to feel as great as possible . The taste is nice..a bit fruity. I highly recommend these daily gummy packs !

I admittedly have a senitive palate but I got used to the super subtle flavor by bag three and am so glad I did I was honestly worried I couldn't or wouldn't like it. But here I am, saving for my next bag. Total game changer for my gut. I went a couple of days without and hatrd that feeling. I stopped Ozempic because of the tummy issues. I think i am on Wegovy daily now and can't go a day without my AM "snack". It is a bit pricey for me but I still highly recommend.

They make it very easy for me to remember to take my vitamins because they are tasty and I feel like I am having a little snack! I definitely feel an improvement in my sleep quality. I’m falling asleep better at night, staying asleep during the night, and waking up earlier without an alarm clock and having less tiredness when I wake up!

I was no longer constipated, bloat was gone and my nails were growing! Sleep was better as well! These really do work!

So I definetly get the other flavor next time. It’s too soon to really tell if it’s doing anything for me. My stomach has been upset and I have been having migraines since taking them so I don’t know if it’s from these or something else.
