I have noticed a major improvement in my gut since taking these consistently. As a person with IBS- I have tried so many medications and supplements but none have made me feel like it’s working while also giving me energy! I will continue to try them for at least a month because I've seen comments that it can take around 3 weeks or so for you to notice a difference. I really hope they work because they are expensive.

When they arrived, I compared the nutritional contents of one pack per day to the current supplements I was taking (MV, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, B complex vitamins) and very surprised to see that the Gruns provided the same or higher amounts (and additional nutrients) of vitamins as all of the supplements I was previously taking together! They are tasty and I love how they come individually wrapped so I can grab them when I'm on the go and have no excuses to not take my vitamins/probiotics daily. Would highly recommend!
