The taste took about a week to get used to, but once I adjusted, I actually started to enjoy it. They’re also very convenient, which makes it easy to stay consistent. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is the improvement in my sleep. I forgot to pack them for a week-long vacation, and by the second half of the week, I could tell my sleep wasn’t as restful. Once I got back and started taking them again, that changed almost immediately. I also recently came down with a virus. It definitely wasn’t just a minor cold, as it really affected others around me. I was able to fight it off in just a couple of days with some rest and fluids, and I didn’t miss any work. I can’t say for sure that the gummies made the difference, but I do think they’re helping support my overall wellness. The price feels fair for a quality product, and I plan to keep taking them.

No mixing up a powder drink or keeping track of multiple bottles of pills. And, they taste great too. The only issue is some packets (inside), the little gruns, can be a little slimy or gooey.

I had been taking Fiber Supplements and Miralax with sporatic relief. But Gruns did the trick. They are so easy to take, the taste isn't bad, and the results are great.

I was shocked by the flavor as it was not what I was expecting. I can’t say it tastes like anything else I’ve ever had. I read that refrigeration helps, so I tried that & managed to get them all down. If they can improve on the flavor, I might consider giving them another try.
