We have been on them for three months and we feel a lot more energized. I am on a GLP one and I definitely feel more focused with these vitamins. We recommend them to all of our friends.

The ingredients are great with the exception of “natural flavors” which can be a whole bunch of stuff. I contacted the company and got a list of the ingredients which I was extremely happy about.

This is a really easy way to get your vitamins, and I have noticed that my hair and my digestion have improved. I did get a bag that had really strange desiccated type Gummies in it, and I don’t know how to contact the company to have it replaced. Given the cost, that needs to happen. Other than that, I’m a very happy camper!

I've been using gruns for almost a year now. I started with the regular ones first and then decided to try to sugar free. I can't tell the difference on taste, and they help me have energy, and no more brain fog. I am now able to watch my sugar, and enjoy taking my vitamins.
