It’s such an easy routine to get into without much thought. Just grab one on the go or throw it in your lunch box for work or school. I will definitely stick with it because it’s so easy. I can’t do the complicated “take one of these pills and two of these, and this one before bed, this one in the morning…..” I always end up quitting. I’ve managed four months on of these. I took a month off because I didn’t order it and my body felt it tremendously in a bad way. I ordered two months again and am so happy I have my little green gummy bears again.

I thought these would be fun and a good way to get my teens to take their probiotics and greens, but the texture of the Gummies are a little bit gritty and the flavoring is not delicious unfortunately. Due to those things, it really is hard to get them to take them every day.
