[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh I love this product!! I have had issues with being regular my whole life and it had gotten progressively worse the last year. I have tried everything from over-the-counter to prescription medication to crazy homemade concoctions and sadly nothing has seemed to help. In the week that I’ve been on these I have had more movement then I’ve had the whole last month and I’m feeling great!!!

I have them on the go or after I’ve gotten to the office. I’m always getting asked questions when someone sees me ripping into a packet. I find myself being consistent with taking them as I look forward to it. I bite the heads off first. lol!

Grüns are amazing! Within a few days of starting to take Grüns, I noticed a marked improvement in my energy throughout the day and especially in the evening after work. I was no longer absolutely drained & I had energy to do things after a long day. By the end of the month my cognitive focus reminded me of when I was in my thirties to early forties. Even better, was noticeable growth of my hair in locations that had started to thin since entering my fifties. I love the taste of the gummies and, to me, they are a treat I look forward to each day. At first I wasn’t a fan of the smell of these but after a couple weeks they grew on me. They are now my sweet treat each day. I have come to enjoy them and they do keep things moving(if you know what I mean). I like them so much I moved to quarterly delivery-I don’t want to miss a day.
