I have been taking the sugar-free gruns for a few months and they are working well. I was so excited to see them at Sam’s last weekend. I didn't pay attention that they were the regular gruns until I opened them last. Even at 8 grams of sugar it is too much sugar. Hopefully I can return them.

Extremely sweet and can literally see the sugar crystals. I have been loving Gruns for a long time, and when I seen them in stores I immediately canceled my subscription. I mean its so much cheaper, but they are AWFUL! They are nowhere near what I've gotten used to with this brand. They are grainy, hard in some spots, but soft and sticky in others, and they taste bitter.

Ads for Gruns were all over my social media for weeks. I do take a GPL-1 and have issues with constipation. So, when Sam's had these available I figured I would try them. First, they are not the most appetizing color of dark green, are sticky, but most importantly they are horribly sweet. I can't get past the taste. And, at 8 grams of sugar per serving, no one taking a GPL-1 for regulating their blood sugar should take these.

It’s been about 3 weeks. Feeling great. Taste great.
