The reason why I know this is because the second shipment was nothing like the first,completely different like it was fresh. I think I deserve a refund on the first shipment.And i'm questioning whether on buying a third.....

It did take a few days to get used to the taste/texture, but now we eat them daily as a treat. We can tell a difference with the way we feel overall since switching to these as our main multivitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I really wanted to like these gummies! They have all the vitamins and minerals I should be taking every day and they taste great too! However, I became so constipated by day 4 of taking them I had to stop. It was the only change I made in my diet so they were the cause. Even though I drink about 64 oz of water a day & regularly eat fruits and veggies, nothing helped. I can no longer take them.

Well I have 3 unopened bags because I thought I ordered 1 and not a subscription I have been taking the 1 bag I ordered but I gag every time I have to eat them and they are the lemonade flavor. The cost of those 3 bags are atrocious and they will be going in the garbage. I really need gummy’s don’t swallow pills well and hate vegetables so I tried!

The bright colored packaging catches my eye from my purse so I remember to take them daily, unlike supplements and vitamins in which I always forget to take.

I can really tell a difference if I forget to take them for a day or two and not to get to graphic but it has done wonders for my digestive system. The flavor is a little off putting to me but that does not stop me from taking them.
