The Sugar Free had a lot of positive reviews, so I thought "If there isn't a big difference in flavor, less sugar is better." They definitely don't taste sweet like a smoothie, they're more like a green drink. It's not terrible, but part of me wishes I'd gotten the sugar ones. My bigger issue is that I really did not see a difference after eating these. My current regimen already includes a fiber + whole foods protein smoothie in the morning, so I thought I'd eat these as an afternoon snack. I did not notice a difference in food cravings, bowel movements, or energy levels when consuming these.

It also prevents me from grabbing sugar when I get home from work- I eat a pack of these instead! This is one internet subscription I’m going to keep-up!

I almost immediately felt a difference in my body, energy level and mood! I just don’t agree with the price, they are very expensive and the sugar free ones even more so (I’ll never understand how if they have less ingredients….) but I will pay because they do actually help me feel better.

I’ve started to swallow them to not taste them and to finish up my supply. If there are ever different non sweet forms of taking this I’ll be back to try. Until then……

No quantities discount if I had more than one person taking them in my house at a time. They're okay and ill keep taking them until I find something better.
