[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I can’t say I have been able to tell a huge difference after finishing my first bag of Grüns, I fully believe that they are definitely helping me stay on track with trying to be a bit healthier and conscious of my nutrition. I do however feel like they are helping me get my gut health back on track. For the last few years I have been learning a lot about what it means to be diabetic and what has led me to this condition. I feel Grüns has started to help me “repair” my gut micro biome and from what I have read it seems like that has a huge impact on over all health. I have ordered my second bag and even though it seems like a lot up front I feel like they are worth the price. That being said, don’t be afraid to work on lowering that price Grüns! As I said though, I feel they are worth it, I have also been thinking about ordering the kid’s version for my 10 year old. I don’t think kids these days get the best nutrition and I feel like better health is an investment in their future!

Within a week of starting Grüns, I finally started feeling full most of the time. It seems to have also stopped the foul sulfur burps I was having. Definitely would recommend them.

My second bag came in and it’s completely different. The bears were greasy, hard, and really unpleasant to eat. I tried to reach out to support for help but there was no response. Super disappointing :(

I find it hard to get thru 8 bears. I do not eat a pack a day as advised. I decided to skip a month and then try the new apple flavor. I hope that’s a better taste.

The reason why I know this is because the second shipment was nothing like the first,completely different like it was fresh. I think I deserve a refund on the first shipment.And i'm questioning whether on buying a third.....
