It tastes good. Super easy to take. But for me, I am experiencing a regularity no other probiotic or product has EVER given me. And acid reflux is calming down. I’m 72 YO female and that is a great blessing. I am pleased to say, I like these silly green gummies.

I love that I am able to gain so many of my daily needed nutrients from these “fruit snacks” I some how have my son who hates everything taking these daily as well! His favorite flavor is the new firecracker flavor and my goodness, they nailed that one!! Tastes just like a fruit snacks.
