But I do want to note that I am not happy at all with the amount of unnecessary marketing communication via text and email. It is way too much and way too frequent. It is enough to make me want to go back to purchasing the product at a more regular frequency at a local store. SERIOUSLY - Please reduce the amount of marketing communications.

But you get used to the texture (you can kinda fool yourself they are candy lol), taste, and then the real winner…they definitely work. They regulate my digestive system and I feel better in general, overall. Great investment for a quick and easy health hack: I highly recommend them - give them a chance!

Also, the raspberry lemonade gummies were dried out. The number of gummies in the bag has varied. Usually there are 8. I've has as few as 6 and as many as 11. The raspberry lemonade were very inconsistent!
