They make it a lot easier to take. It's not quite been a month, but it seems like my bathroom trips have been a little easier. I think increasing my water intake would help even more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste and texture are actually pretty good. There is an insane number of ingredients packed into these 8 little bears. My hope was to improve my gut health along with other things Grüns says it will benefit. However, my digestive system did NOT like this at all. After 4-5 consecutive days of eating these, my system was constantly gassy (and not to get too graphic, but really foul smelling) to the point of not feeling well. Turns out if you are sensitive to FODMAP foods (that would be me), this may not be for you. This will be the one and only bag I purchase and I’m really glad I got it on a discount.

I can’t get down the green powders but I know how good it is for you and I am always constipated. I’ve battled for over 30 years.
