It’s nice that they come in little single serve pouches that you can put in your purse or lunch bag. You get like 8-9 gummies in a pouch, so they feel like a little treat. Been feeling great and my tummy feels much more balanced.

I have a health issue that has limited what fruits and vegetables I can safely eat, and I was getting really hungry for them after weeks of clear liquids and TPN. These little green bears are just exactly what I need--and enjoy. Unfortunately, most raw foods will be off my plate permanently, but bears to the rescue.
