I was so shocked at how yummy these are! I was fully prepared for a “green” taste and was happy to be wrong! Such a nice gentle sweetness on these and a great texture. I am finishing out a bottle of Costco adult gummy vitamins which taste like plastic compared to the real food solidness of Gruns. So happy I found these!

With the decreased appetite these gummies really make sure I am not feeling sluggish or low on energy. The added fiber benefit is wonderful!

I had no better choice other than GLp1 though considering my cardiac issues. So all is great so far and my labs are not laking any nutrients.
