I am not big on taking vitamins, historically, because I hate having to choke down 12 pills every morning… so, I was already excited about the chewable gummy option from the start, considering I am not getting any younger and I need my vitamins. BUT… let me tell you, I didn’t know that these gummies would change my life. Truly! I have suffered from severe canker sores, for YEARS. I have tried every remedy known to man, knowing, from reading a LOT of literature, that the cause was most likely linked to a deficiency in vitamin B12, but again, not liking the swallowing of pills, I never remedied that and clearly don’t get enough from my diet. THEN, Grüns came into my life… it has CURED my canker sores issue. CURED!!! I accidentally bit my lip and nothing came of it! (Never happened before Grüns) Cured I tell you! I will sing it from the mountain tops!! Grüns is clearly a potent, efficient, quality combination of all the necessary vitamins and goodies needed to keep you healthy and balance out any nutritional gaps, etc. Long winded point is: GRÜNS ARE AMAZING, THEY TASTE DELICIOUS, THEY CURED MY AILMENTS, I FEEL GOOD… I AM IN LOVE. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a caregiver for my parents with dementia. I noticed my dad would chew up all of his vitamins, supplements and medications. He wouldn’t just swallow them. This must have caused some irritation in his throat because he wouldn’t cough and do a lot of throat clearing. I wanted to find a product where he could get what he needed that was meant to be chewed and swallowed. He likes the gruns so far, he thinks it’s candy so I have no issues with him ingesting them.
