My hope was to improve my gut health along with other things Grüns says it will benefit. However, my digestive system did NOT like this at all. After 4-5 consecutive days of eating these, my system was constantly gassy (and not to get too graphic, but really foul smelling) to the point of not feeling well. Turns out if you are sensitive to FODMAP foods (that would be me), this may not be for you. This will be the one and only bag I purchase and I’m really glad I got it on a discount.

My husband and I are each eating a bag a day and they are an easy addition to our regular “pretty” healthy diet!
