I haven’t experienced any of the digestive system benefits that some people have mentioned. Hopefully that will kick in eventually. The taste is okay, the texture is fine but sometimes I’ll get one that doesn’t seem quite as fresh as the others.

I have been a person who has struggled for most of my entire life with regular “bathroom habits”, if you get my drift. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a little unreasonable to think these should taste like candy gummy bears and be healthy. I personally think they taste more than good enough. My kids dislike them. The major issue up for grading is the results and I bought them after I asked a colleague what she was doing with her hair. I destroyed my nails with a bad sculpture and my entire nail bed has now grown out and I’m on the 4th bag. These are worth it.

It’s nice when you subscribe because it’s timed out perfectly when you’re gonna run out. Plus, there’s a nice discount. We also enjoy when they have different flavors. This summer raspberry lemonade was our favorite. My son is autistic and he is fine taking them.
