I tried Grüns and haven't missed a daily dose yet! I get the same benefits from my multivitamin with the added benefits of greens and I love the smell and taste. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I really like the raspberry lemonade flavor but this one is good too. So far have notice a big difference in my gut/bowel health & that's a big plus. As for the other claims I'll have to get back with you...

What’s important is that I worry about getting enough veggies and fiber every day and I don’t worry about it as much taking Gruins. They taste good and it’s easier for me to take gummies vs making smoothies and adding powders. So far so good!

I’ve since overcome that. What I really like is that my stool is softer on my Glp-1 journey and I poop more regularly. My nails are also fabulous so they are obviously working on so many things. I’ve been recommending them to everyone.
