I keep them in the refrigerator and pop a pack in the morning after breakfast. Helps with the texture of the gummy (which is surprisingly tasty)

I thought these would be fun and a good way to get my teens to take their probiotics and greens, but the texture of the Gummies are a little bit gritty and the flavoring is not delicious unfortunately. Due to those things, it really is hard to get them to take them every day.

One bag was with all mostly dried out gummies and an opaque color and this last bag was a more clear bright green color, a lot more plump and Juicy and had a sugary crunch to it. I’m just hoping I’m giving my family the right thing for their bodies. I need to check the website and take a look at the ingredients again. I was hoping this would be the link in getting more greens into my child and husband. Thanks!
