I ordered gruns about 2 weeks ago. I'm on day 5-6. I'm not back to my old schedule but I'm getting there. I'm looking forward to a daily visit to white throne. I'm hoping just a few more days on gruns will do the trick. My nurse practioner (PCPs office) recommended this product to me becasue she said several of her patients on Monjurno take this and say that it help with constipation. I'm holding on to hope.
