It didn't reeeeeally work for what I ordered it specifically for (I'm on Mounjaro & was super backed up) although it definitely doesn't hurt the situation. What I have really noticed is how better I feel overall. I'm less sluggish all day! And it 1000% made my nails thick again! I was suffering from perimenopause symptoms (brittle nails & fatigue) but never thought of these to help with that things... but they absolutely did! I'm a big fan!

My last trip I filled a bag with Gruns and brought them along. I swear to you it’s like magic happened. My body is so much more comfortable and I feel like normal. Great product!

One bag was with all mostly dried out gummies and an opaque color and this last bag was a more clear bright green color, a lot more plump and Juicy and had a sugary crunch to it. I’m just hoping I’m giving my family the right thing for their bodies. I need to check the website and take a look at the ingredients again. I was hoping this would be the link in getting more greens into my child and husband. Thanks!

These gummies are life changing, and I cannot express enough how much I enjoy having a whole little pack of gummies to eat rather than a serving size of 1 or 2. When I am getting ready for work in the morning, I just throw one in my purse and can have them later. I was worried about liking the taste because I am pretty picky and most gummy vitamins are actually really gross but the taste of these is good. I had no problem with it and the texture isn't weird either.
