I will say the taste is good and the convenience of the packs is great, and I have noticed some digestive changes for the better so I’m hoping that’s a direct result. Stay tuned!

The first bag was great, with a smooth and normal gummy quality but my next order was grainy and sticky like it was covered in sticky sugar. Will probably order at least one more time but if it’s different again I’ll likely be too disappointed to continue after that.

I felt sluggish and bloated the entire trip and felt better almost immediately after having returned home and started my daily dose of Grüns back up!

I was expecting a very herby flavor since it was a lot of greens but it actually is pretty fruity. Almost like eating a pack of fruit snacks. Love them! I find myself less tired and less constipated. Highly recommend from a busy mom of 2!

I’ve also been eliminating on a regular schedule. So far so good very pleased with my Gruns!
