[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liking the Grüns gummies, feel like I have more energy throughout the day and I’m sleeping better, however, I got them because I kept seeing ads touting great for keeping things flowing, when on GLP1s and constipation sets in. So far, they haven’t really helped in that aspect. So many reviews say they taste great, I think they taste like vitamins, and there is a slight metal after taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my order for about 3-4 days so will only comment on flavor and consistency for now. The gummies are small which is great. It’s like having a little snack pack of fruit snacks. The smell and initial taste is a bit medicinal but after they are in your mouth for a moment, it is mostly slightly tart fruitiness that you taste. Consistency is similar to, maybe a bit more gelatin than a Welch’s fruit snacks. I admit I don’t love the initial taste and smell but so far I get past it quickly.

I am a GLP-1 user so these are key for me to stay regular and ensure I am getting all necessary vitamins and nutrients. I also have IBS and I have found these really help to manage my IBS with less discomfort and my gut feels great and less bloated. Would highly recommend gruns!!

I guess everyone is different.👍🏻 taste is pretty good considering everything in them tastes bad separately. How they got them all to taste good together is beyond me. For now, I’ll continue to buy!

And I gotta say it's 100% accurate for me. They really help regulate my bowel movements every day. Outside of taking this little packet every day I do tend to still supplement with magnesium and iron pills.Other than that, I wish they were a little bit more affordable, and hoping that as the demand increases, they can get more affordable Without modifying the great quality.
