I don't see to have time to eat healthy, so it's nice I can eat these up in the morning and know I am getting some nutrients! They're not too too expensive, but I plan on keeping them in my daily routine.

I had soft nails that had deep ridges, some had clefts that would not grow out properly. 2 months on gruns and my nails have grown out and look normal and healthy. I assume the same thing is happening inside my body.
