OK to be completely honest I’ve never eat what I should. I need something quick and tasty so that I can get back to work. And I’ve noticed I just don’t feel good the last few years. I thought I would try gruns. And I have not been disappointed. I can immediately tell a difference and it’s getting better. Mostly I just feel better all over. And it has had a positive effect on almost every part of my life. I wish I had done it sooner. It’s only been about a month and I will hopefully leave another review down line that will be even better.

My husband thought they were gummy bear candy and has been stealing them! It’s amazing how much better I feel after one week. The bloating and cramping is gone and my clothes fit comfortably again!
