Incredibly easy to swap out new foodies and manage my subscription via text. My only complaint? I have to get more, more often because my teenage daughter love em like they’re candy 😂 x 😍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gummies taste great to me. They are sweet but don't taste like candy - more like nature (think fruit or some of the sweeter vegetables). I noticed an increase in my "gut motility" within a few days of starting the product. It wasn't uncomfortable - but things were "moving along" well.

The gummies taste like a healthy snack food and they are delicious.I have been on Zep bound for a few months and was having major issues with my bowels.I tried many things the doctor recommended but nothing helped. Then I saw Gruns on facebook and decided to try. At that point “ what did I have to lose “ to my amazement Gruns are very effective and my husband now also takes daily for good health measures and we feel great. When I found these, the convenience of the packs alone was big difference from having to always mix up and carry a shake. On top of that they actually work! I’ve tried a lot of different products but more often than not they turn out to be placebos. But Grüns definitely got it right. I’m keeping my gut clear and quieting my sweet tooth! 5 out 5 recommend!👌🏾
