I couldn’t find anywhere guidance on what to do in terms of reducing dosage or stopping altogether so have given up taking them. There needs to be more information on possible side effects and what to Dow hen you experience them.

They were kind of all sticky and stuck to each other, but they have a sugar coating and a slickness to all of the pieces. I notified the company with the batch number, but haven’t heard back yet.

For the better part of that I began taking laxatives to help but then my body began to rely on them almost completely. About six months ago after seeing ads for Gruns I decided to give it a try. Since the first pack I’ve been regular ever since. I havnt taken a laxative since.
