I used to take Balance of Nature, which offered similar benefits, but I got tired of swallowing six large pills every day. These gummies taste great and are much more convenient. Plus, they've helped me stay regular — I go to the bathroom daily now with no issues. My nephew gives us a Thumbs Up with successful bathroom visits. I definitely give these a thumbs up!

My chronic irregularity got much better. I guilt feeling so ‘full’ and bloated all the time. That in itself was enough for me to know I would continue with them daily. Going into month 2 I am just generally feeling so much better physically. Even the sluggishness I felt is getting better.
