I haven't noticed any benefits for digestion or energy, but I must admit I miss taking them an average of twice a week. Therefore I'm not the best judge of the benefits.

Enjoy eating my vitamins everyday! The taste is remarkably good and know they process more effectively than a pill. Consistency isn't too gooey so I was pleasantly surprised. My Oncologist also approved of the clean and comprehensive amount of vitamins within the product. Worth a try if you're on the fence.
