I had so much bloating and gas! But I persevered and by the end of a month my symptoms disappeared. I take a GLP-1 and was so tired all the time. These have given me so much more energy! They taste good also.

We try to eat healthy, but we know that a lot of food just doesn't come with a lot nutritional benefit, so we're trying to supplement that to keep ourselves and our bodies as healthy as possible.

I have been taking Gruns for about a week now and I feel good. I was always looking forward to my next soda to get quick energy and now I am happy to say I have had half a can in the past week. I can't seem to get a good and affordable price just ordering a smaller quantity at a time. Therefore I have had to discontinue my subscription until I need them again. Thank you for your product.
