On 2nd bag and have had no problem with the amount of gummies in bags like some people have commented about. I just started and my energy level is improving. As a physician I am always a bit skeptical of internet products promising life change. Having been on GLP agents now for 2 years first semaglutide now terzepatide I have had the usual gi motility and hydration issues. I was using a variety of different products with success but no joy. I tried Gruns at another physicians home and was immediately aware of a shift towards a more normal gi activity.
